The Gianduja spreadable paste is our sweetest version, composed of 50% “Nocciola Piemonte IGP”, cane sugar and low-fat cocoa powder. It contains no milk or derivatives, added fats, colorants, flavors, preservatives or emulsifiers. The paste is obtained through a grinding process that uses a ball refiner; the oil released then blends with other solid ingredients, creating its unique and intense flavor.
