Hazelnut Butter

The hazelnut butter is made from 100% “Nocciola Piemonte IGP.” It enhances the flavors of both sweet and savory dishes, from ice creams to roasts, bringing the unique taste of Piedmontese hazelnuts to the table. It is produced by grinding the hazelnuts in a ball refiner, a process where the hazelnut releases its oil while moving from a solid to a fluid state.
